What this opportunity involves-

We are seeking an ambitious and driven marketing professional to work within one JLL’s successful shopping centres as the Community Marketing Manager.

In this role you will successfully contribute to the growth of income and value of the client’s assets through the development, delivery and measurement of a strategic marketing and community engagement plan ensuring effective sales and traffic driving initiatives.

Snapshot of the role;

  • Development of annual marketing strategy and community engagement plan and resultant advertising in line with business plan and brand positioning
  • Develop strategic digital content plans ensuring messaging and all digital touch points are on brand, engaging, rich and a valued source of insight
  • Build and foster positive community relationships with key councils, community groups and businesses in the community and broader trade area
  • Actively support new retailers through marketing assistance in launch phase
  • Ensure consistency in application of the shopping centre brand to the market and its stakeholders, relevant to customer data and research insights
